Gepellets hold the weight of tens of thousands of consumers who rely on us to provide them heating fuel when they need it most. We shoulder that responsibility and produce at our plants year-round, even during the warm weather months. We may sit on inventory at the end of a warm winter, but we refuse to take the risk of not being able to provide fuel when you and your customers need it most. Between our two plants, we have an annual production capacity of over 100,000 tons. Dealers can count on us to provide them fuel when they need it most. The Gepellets Sales Team has been built with the understanding that customer service is more important than anything. Our reputation is all we have and when we make mistakes, we ALWAYS make it right. Our mistake should not be a burden on our dealers or consumers. Every dealer will have a sales representative and customer service representative to help you achieve your needs. We have a logistics team at each plant facility that works countless hours to ensure you get the best freight rates, and that orders get shipped on-time.
